This gently warming, slightly tangy blend is smooth and naturally sweet — ideal after meals to aid digestion, ease bloating, and support your stomach when appetite is low. It also hydrates and soothes the throat, leaving you refreshed.
The star ingredient, smoked plum (wu mei), offers a subtly smoky aroma balanced by dried tangerine peel. Infused with osmanthus, licorice root, and other gentle herbs, it brews into a fragrant, sweet-tart cup — a comforting ritual in a busy day.

一盒10包（磨砂盒）装养生茶，独立包装，随身携带
Each box contains 10 sachets(Frosted packaging) of tea保存方法：结了订单才制作，不添加任何防腐剂。若购买一个月内未饮用完毕，请放入冰箱中保存。
To Store: Homemade upon order, no preservatives added. Keep refrigerated after a month from the purchase date.
冲泡方法：
1）取出一袋茶包放入杯中。
2）将250～300毫升沸水倒入杯中。
3）等待8至10分钟即可饮用。
4) 若想食用茶袋中的食补药材，也可以弃用白色茶袋，直接把药材倒入杯子中。
（可根据跟人喜好调节水量以及冲泡次数。）
To brew
1) Take out a tea bag and place it in a cup.
2) Pour 250～300 ml of boiling water into the cup.
3) Wait 8 to 10 minutes to drink.
4) If you wish to consume the herbs in the tea bag, you can dispense the white tea bag and pour the herbs directly into the cup.
(The amount of water and the number of brews can be adjusted according to your preference.)
